摘要
为了满足某大型雷达调试需求,开展了干负载组合使用的可行性研究工作。通过简单有效的结构方式实现了系统组成。分析了温度场对微波传输线驻波及结构系统应力的影响。采用了温度控制,驻波调节及应力分散等方式规避了系统使用过程中由于温度影响可能出现的"雪崩效应"。最终,通过试验验证了干负载系统使用的可行性。该干负载系统结构简单,使用方便,不但为大型雷达负载选择提供了一条新思路,同时对其它大功率干负载的设计和使用提供一定的参考。
In order to meet the demand of debugging of a large radar ,This article has carried out the feasibility study of combinatorial work of dry load.Through a simple and effective way of structure system is realized. Analyses the influence of temperature field of standing wave of microwave transmission line and structure stress. Through controling temperature, adjusting standing wave and dispersing stress to avoid temperature influence bringing about "avalanche effect" .Finally, through experiment verify the feasibility of dry load . The dry load system structure is simple and easy to use. Not only for large radar load selection provides a new way of thinking. At the same time, provides some reference for the design and use to other power microwave dry load.
