摘要
在印染生产中废水含有大量的热能,如果直接将其排放,则不但会污染环境,而且浪费了热量。废水热能的回收利用的原理是通过上位机与PLC的连接,采用组态王组态软件完成系统监控,以PLC为控制器,通过PID算法,构成热废水与冷净水热交换并保持冷水和热水温度之差恒定的控制系统,实现用废水的热能预热生产所用冷水,该系统不仅可以达到节能减排的目的,也能给企业降低生产成本,达到经济与环境效益双赢的效果。
In the printing and dyeing waste water in the production, large amounts of heat is in existence, direct emissions not only pollute the environment, but also waste heat. Waste heat recycling through the host computer connected to the PLC, using configuration software to complete the system monitoring, PLC controller, using PID algorithm, constitute the control system of hot water and cold water heat exchanging and keeping the water temperature difference constant. Using waste heat to preheat cold water can not only be used in the production, energy saving and emission reduction, but also for the enterprises to reduce costs, to achieve economic and environmental benefits of a win-win effect.
