摘要
传统机械式茶叶揉捻机设计笨重,工人操作劳动强度大。通过采用电机代替操作手柄,便于实现自动化操作。同时对设备的零部件进行优化设计,在满足强度的要求下,使得设计的设备轻量化,最终满足生产的需要。
The traditional design of tea-twisting machine is lacking of innovation, and the mechanical operation cause workers' high labor intensity. Through using motor instead of the operating handle,it is easy to realize automation operation. AI the same lime, the parts of the equipment are optimized under meeting the strenglh requirements.
