摘要
应用有限元分析对汽车覆盖件成形进行了数值模拟,得到了板料应力应变分布、厚度分布等工艺参数,从而为优化工艺设计,缩短模具制造周期提供了科学依据。
The application of finite element analysis of the automobile panel forming is studied by numerical simulation, the distribution of stress and strain, the sheet thickness distribution parameters, so as to optimize the process design, provides the scientific basis to shorten the period of mould manufacturing.
