摘要
采用了一种基于轮系单元的轮系传动比计算方法。将轮系分解为若干个基本轮系单元,根据"转化机构"法的基本原理,列出每个基本轮系单元的啮合方程,结合若干个联系方程即可很方便地求解轮系的传动比,并通过两个实例验证此法,该方法简单方便,容易理解。
A calculation method of transmission ratio based on gear train units is put forward. The gear trains are decomposed into several basic gear train units. According to the basic principle of transforming mechanism, meshing equation of each gear train units can be established. And transmission ratio of gear train can be calculated with several related equations. This method is tested to be simple and easy to understand through two examples.
