摘要
箕斗由于其工作特性,属于易损设备,通过对2.1 m3翻转式箕斗斗箱磨损和变形分析,找出磨损变形量最大的部位和形成原因,并有针对性地进行改造,优化箱体结构设计,合理选择衬板材料,提高了箕斗提升效率,降低了矿石提升成本,减少了维修成本,降低了工人劳动强度。
Hoisting skip is fragile equipment because of its operating characteristics. Through to 2.1m3 flip-hoisting skip bucket-box wear and deformation analysis, identify the deformation site and causes of the largest amount of wear, targeted for transformation, optimization cabinet structure design, reasonable choice liner material, skip hoisting improve efficiency, reduce the cost of upgrading ore, reduce maintenance costs, reduce labor intensity.
