摘要
以储罐底板漏磁检测方法为研究对象,提出采用直流电产生电磁场与永久磁铁产生的永磁场叠加,利用叠加后的磁场对储罐底板进行漏磁检测,开展复合励磁漏磁检测仿真分析研究。建立了复合励磁结构模型,得到了缺陷的漏磁场空间分布特征。
This article select magnetic flux leakage testing method of tank floor as object of study, magnetic flux leakage testing for tank floor using the complex magnetic field that constitute of electromagnetic field produced by direct current and permanent magnet, and promote the simulation analysis of compound excitation magnetic flux leakage testing. Compound excitation structure model is established in this paper and achived leakage magnetic field spatial distribution characteristics of compound excitation structure.
