浅谈蒸汽锅炉产生焊接变形的原因及预防措施

摘要 主要分析了铿华锅炉压力容器厂在生产型号为LHS0.2-0.4-Y蒸汽锅炉时,前管板产生较大焊接变形的原因,并提出采用选择合理焊接顺序、选择合理的焊接方法和采用反变形法和焊后火焰矫正法等方法来加以预防和处理。通过采用上述方法,减少了焊接变形和焊接应力,从而提高产品的品质和安全性能,避免由于焊接变形给生产带来的额外工序,缩短生产周期,降低产品成本。 This article mainly has analyzed the reason that the front tube plate happening the big welding deformation, when the steam boiler that the production model is the LHS0.2-0.4-Y was making in the KenHua Boiler pressure vessel Factory. And proposed uses the choice reasonable welding sequence, the choice reasonable welding method and uses the reverse deformation method and after welding flame correction method to prevent and processing. Through using the above method, we reduced the welding deformation and the welding stress, thus enhances the product the quality and the safety performance, avoids the production the extra working procedure because the welding deformation brings to, reduces the production cycle, reduces the product cost.
