河北省新能源汽车产业发展具有相当的优势,生产要素和需求条件良好,各级政府高度重视和支持,企业自身发展战略明晰,具备一定的竞争力。但河北省新能源汽车产业发展也存在着行业规模偏小,集群效应薄弱,产业链不太完整,基础设施配套不足,技术的吸收与创新能力较低等方面的不足。因此,应大力提升产业竞争力,以实现河北省汽车工业的可持续发展。

New energy vehicles industry development in Hebei province has a considerable advantage with good production factor and demand condition,supports of govern- merits, and clear enterprise development strategy. So the new energy automobile industry in Hebei province has competitive edge. But the new energy vehicles industry development in Hebei province also has many deficiencies, such as small industry scale, poor cluster effect, incomplete industrial chain ,insufficient support infrastructure, and bad technology absorption and innovation ability.
