高职院校经管类专业工学结合实现形式研究

高职教育的目标是培养适应生产、建设、管理和服务第一线需要的高技能人才。这一目标仅靠学校教育是难以实现的,必须走"校企合作、工学结合"的道路。探索高职经管类专业工学结合的实现形式,以有效解决学生的实习和就业问题、学校的教育资源紧张问题及企业的用人难问题,为高职经管类专业找到一条可持续发展之路。

To cultivating highly skilled personnel of production, construction, management, and service is the goal of vocational education which can only be realized by work- study combination. The paper discusses work-study combination of economics and management majors in order to solve students＇ practice and employment problems, shortage of education resources and hard employing problems of enterprises.
