高职院校实践育人机制的构建与探索

Construction and Exploration of the Mechanism of Practice Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

理论教育与社会实践相结合是大学生思想政治教育的基本原则。高职院校应构建思想政治教育实践育人长效机制,加强思想政治理论课的实践教学环节,利用本地红色教育资源加强实践基地建设,坚持德育实践与专业实践相结合,利用企业文化提高学生职业道德,创新第二课堂活动,不断丰富社会实践的内容和形式,真正发挥思想政治教育实践育人的功能。

Combination of theoretical education and social practice is a fundamental principle of ideological and political education of college students. Higher vocational colleges should construct long-term mechanism of practical education in ideological arid political theory courses, strengthen its practical teaching,use local Red education resources to strengthen practice base construction,insist on combination of moral education and professional practice, use the enterprise culture to improve students＇ professional ethics,innovate extracurricular activities,continuously enrich the content and form of social practice, and indeed play the functions of practical education in ideological and political education.
