高职新生宿舍人际关系与职业决策状况调研

Investigation into Higher Vocational College Freshmen's Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship and Career Decision-making

通过对228名高职新生在宿舍人际关系状况、职业决策状况等方面进行调查和分析,发现新生宿舍人际关系状况总体良好,职业决策状况处于中等水平,宿舍人际关系与职业决策状况之间存在显著相关。学校应当加强教育引导,完善学生管理,推进职业生涯规划教育、重视特殊需要学生个别指导。

228 higher vocational college freshmen were tested by questionnaires in the aspects of dor- mitory interpersonal relationship and career decision-making. It has been found that higher vocational col- lege freshmen＇s dormitory interpersonal relationship is generally good, their career decision-making is at the level of middle class, there is a significant correlation between dormitory interpersonal relationship and career decision-making. The paper suggests higher vocational colleges should strengthen the ideological e- ducation, improve the management of students, promote the education of career planning, pay attention to students who has special needs and give them individual guidance.
