近代宁波旅沪同乡会社会保障功能研究(1921-1949)

宁波旅沪同乡会是一个以商人为主体的多元自治组织。他们在上海社会局登记取得合法身份后,采取现代党团组织的选举法和任期法,代表宁波旅沪同乡的共同利益。同乡会自筹资金开展各项社会保障事业,保障同乡的利益。虽然他们实行的社会保障有一定的局限,但是在当时政府社会保障不足的情况下,其社会保障事业却覆盖了相当多旅沪宁波人,为他们的生存和发展提供一定的保障,对旅沪宁波同乡凝聚力的形成与发展具有重要的作用,宁波旅沪同乡会的社会保障事业研究具有重要的现实意义。

It is a muhivariant serf-government organization mainly depending on merchants, they signed in Shanghai Bureau of Society to gain legal identification, adopting Election Legal and Term Legal based on modem party organization to ensure sojourners＇ profits. Native Association used self-raised fund to develop various social security activities to guarantee profits of sojourners. Despite its limitations, it def- initely helped Ningbo Natives sojourning in Shanghai survive and develop when government social security was insufficient. It played an important role in shaping and developing cohesive in these natives.
