农业现代化:“四化”同步发展的重点及难点

当前,我国社会主义现代化建设进入攻坚克难的新阶段,我们党深刻把握国内外经济社会发展的新形势,提出了促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展的重大战略决策。"四化"同步发展为推动我国经济可持续协调发展提供了新的途径,对于推进我国社会主义现代化进程具有重要作用。总体来说,在"四化"同步发展中,现阶段我国农业现代化发展滞后问题最为突出,是"四化"同步发展的短板和难点。我们要紧紧抓住农业现代化这个着力点,加大财政对农业农村的支持力度,加快农业科技创新和农业科技成果的转化与推广,大力推进农业生产经营体系、农村产权制度、户籍制度等的改革创新,加快推进农业现代化,补齐农业现代化这个短板。同时,充分发挥工业化、信息化、城镇化对农业现代化的支撑带动作用,从而促进"四化"的同步发展,有力地推进社会主义现代化建设进程。

At present, China social modernlization entrys into a deep water area, our party grasp the new situation of economic and social development at home and abroad, puts forward a major strategic decision of promoting industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization development. Industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization synchronous development provides a new way to promote sustainable economic development in China, plays an important role in pushing forward the process of socialist modernization in china. Generally, the lagged development of the agricutrue is the most serious prob- lem which makes it the difficuty and disadvantage of this strategy. So we should keep focus on this point by increassing govement investment, reforming the property system, changing household registration system and urging innovations to make up for this shortcomings. At the same time, we should be aware of the combined promote effects which the industrialization, information technology, urbanization, and agriculture moderniza- tion put together. Eventully, we wish industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization synchronous development can balance developed to march towards the socialist modernization
