Towards the problems exist in the process of tradi- tional management, and based on the principle of human -oriented, comprehensive system, goal orientation, and the balance of power and responsibility, this paper comes up with the enterprise management innovation path system, with the management idea innovation as its premise, the management mechanism innovation as its foundation, the management method innovation as its key, the management technology innovation as its carrier, and the management culture innovation as its protection, so as to realize the enterprise sustainable, leap - forward development.
