摘要
管理创新是企业永续发展的不竭动力,同时也是企业永无止境的追求。在国际竞争压力、信息时代机遇、知识经济挑战等时代背景下,企业面临着新的生存发展难题和管理创新议题。针对传统管理过程中存在的问题,在遵循以人为本、全面系统、目标导向、权责对等等基本原则的基础上,提出了以管理理念创新为前提、以管理机制创新为基础、以管理方式创新为重点、以管理技术创新为载体、以管理文化创新为保障的企业管理创新路径体系,由此实现企业的可持续、跨越式发展。
Management innovation is an enterprise' s inexhaustible power for sustainable development; it' s also the enterprise' s never - ending pursuit. In the era background of pressure from international competition, opportunity from information age and challenge from knowledge economy, enterprises are facing the dilemma of pursuing new development and management innovation. Towards the problems exist in the process of tradi- tional management, and based on the principle of human -oriented, comprehensive system, goal orientation, and the balance of power and responsibility, this paper comes up with the enterprise management innovation path system, with the management idea innovation as its premise, the management mechanism innovation as its foundation, the management method innovation as its key, the management technology innovation as its carrier, and the management culture innovation as its protection, so as to realize the enterprise sustainable, leap - forward development.
