摘要
现阶段中国中小企业的数量已经近5 000万家,超过企业总数的98%。中小企业在增加就业、维持经济稳定和社会稳定方面起到了十分重要的作用。在人才争夺日益激烈的知识经济时代,人才是一个企业生存发展的关键。然而,中小企业在人才流动中一直处于较为不利的地位,如何留住人才,防止人才流失成为中小企业持续良好发展的难题。针对中小企业人才流失问题进行初步的分析,指出其可能的原因并进一步提出解决问题的对策。
At this stage the number of SMEs in China has nearly 50 million that more than 98% of the total number of enterprises. SMEs play a very important role in increase employment and sustaining economic stability and social stability. However, in the era of knowledge economy which is in the increasingly fierce competition for talent, talent is the key to become an enterprise survival and development of SMEs, the flow of talent has been in a less favorable position, how to retain talent, to prevent the brain drain has become the problem of troubled SMEs continued favourable the development . In this paper, SMEs brain drain preliminary a- nalysis pointed out the possible causes and proposed solutions to this problem.
