摘要
本文对组织细胞 DNA质量图像定量分析技术进行了讨论。该方法是将医学病理上常用的细胞切片、涂片 ,经福尔马林、甲醇和冰醋酸混合固定剂固定后用 Feulgen染色 ,利用高精度图像采集系统将细胞图像摄入计算机。通过图像处理分析技术进行定量分析计算 ,给出被测细胞 DNA的质量、倍体分布及细胞周期等参数。 DNA原位图像定量分析可为肿瘤的诊断、分级及早期发现有很大的意义。
This paper discusses image cytometry (ICM) technology. Its procedure is as follows: staining cell slices fixed by paraformaldehyde, methanol and glacial acetic with Feulgen coloring agent, digitizing DNA microscopic images of cells using a high precision image acquisition system, and analyzing and measuring the digitized DNA microscopic images to obtain the parameters such as cell DNA mass, diploid distribution and cell cycles. Image cytometry of DNA proves very useful in finding the early pathology of human meoplasms.
