With the fast development of Internet and communication technology, IP telephony has come into the market with the advantage of lower cost. However, it need dial more than 30 digits, which is as inconvenient as prone to errors. This paper introduces Intelligent Dialer for IP Telephony which requires dialing as less digits as for the conventional telephone.
