摘要 以巯基乙胺(cysteamine,CA)作为稳定剂,在水相中合成CA-CdTe QDs,形成带正电的聚合体.在弱酸性条件下,带正电的CA-CdTe量子点聚合体与带负电的藻酸钠(Sodium Alginate,SA)通过静电引力和疏水作用力结合形成粒径较大的聚合体,聚合体的形成导致共振瑞利散射(resonance Rayleigh scattering,RRS)强度显著增大,在一定实验条件下,散射强度的增强(ΔI)与藻酸钠的浓度成正比.RRS方法灵敏、简便、快速,可用于面粉中藻酸钠的痕量分析. CdTe Quantum dots are synthesized in an aqueous solution using cysteamine (CA) as a stabilizing agerd. The stabili- zing agent self- assembled on tile surfm'.e of CdTe Quantum dots to form superHmleeular complex eali,m wilh positive (:barges. In an acidie buffer of pll 5.0 -5.6, sodium alginate (SA) are negative cbarged and could bind with the complex cation to form larger aggregates via electrostatic attraction. And the larger aggregates induces the intensities of resonalme Rayleigh .scattering ( RRS). Under optimum conditious, the ineremeuts of RRS intensity are directly proportion to the concentration of 5A in certain ranges. The RRS method is simple, rapid, sensitive and shows a promising application to the detection of SA in flour.
