随着生活水平的不断提高,买房的人越来越多,如何选择自己满意的房屋套型对消费者来说是很难决策的.针对这一问题,通过对层次分析法原理和求解过程的研究,构建了一种基于层次分析法的商品房选购模型并给出其详细的算法设计.通过实例计算,消费者可对自己喜欢的房屋套型进行较合理的满意度评价.

With the continuous improvement of living standards, more and more people buy a house, bow to select their own sat- isf.ving house is very difficult decision. To solve this problem, based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and the solving process of con- struction, a commercial housing purchase model is established. Through the calculation example, consumers can do reasonable satisfaction evaluation on their own opinion.
