四川革命老区中小学心理健康教育教师心理水平研究——以南江县为例

Research on the Mental Level of Mental Health Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary of Sichuan Old Revolutionary Base Areas:Take Nanjiang County as an example

对四川革命老区的典型代表县——南江县135名参加心理健康教育培训的教师进行SCL-90症状自评量表调查.结果表明:总体各因子与常模差异显著;女性教师各因子与常模差异显著,男性教师少数因子与常模差异显著;24-34岁教师各因子与常模差异显著,35-45岁教师只有少数因子与常模差异显著.由此可见,四川革命老区中小学心理健康教育教师心理健康水平总体与全国存在差异,并且在性别与年龄上存在不同的特征;女性与年轻教师的心理健康更应该受到重视.

To investigate the mental health education teachers＇ mental health and the national norm in primary and secondary schools in Sichuan old revolutionary base area. In Nanjiang 135 teachers participate in the psychological health education for training teachers for the SCL - 90 symptom checklist survey. The results shows the factors of general and norm differ significmltly ; the factors of female teachers and norm have significant differences, male teachers of ethnic factors and norm significantly differ- ent ; each factor of 24 - 34 years old teachers and norm have significant differences, 35 - 45 teacher at only a few factors and norm difference. The conclusion is made that the overall level of mental health and the national differences in psychological health education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Sichuan Province old revolutionary base areas, and there are different characteristics in gender and age; women and young teachers＇ psychological health should be paid more attention.
