摘要
高校图书馆的绩效状况是影响高校图书馆整体绩效水平的重要因素.如何建立一套合理、完善的馆员绩效考评制度,对此进行了有益的探索.
Performance status of librarians is one of the important factors about the level of overall performance of university li- brary. The paper undertakes a beneficial exploration on how to establish a set of reasonable and relatively perfect evaluation sys- tern of the librarians' performance.
