基于气力与机械联合驱动的新型干混砂浆混合设备设计

摘要 为了改善目前业界干混砂浆混合设备存在混合均匀度低和机械磨损大等缺陷,采用气流驱动新原理,开发基于气力和机械联合驱动的新型高效混合设备.该设备既能使用搅拌叶片对物料进行强制式搅拌,又可以在桶壁向桶内吹气使干混砂浆进一步混合,使物料的混合效率更高,混合也更加均匀. This design aims at the low degree of mixing, the big mechanical wear and other defects in the dry mortar mixing equipment to adopt the new principle of airflow drive for de- veloping the new and high efficient mixing equipment. The dry mortar mixer driven by me- chanical force and airflow can not only make forced mixing using agitating vane, but also blow dried mortar across the hole on the barrel wall to further mixed to increase hybrid effi- ciency and make the hybrid more well-distributed.
