摘要
钢板桩支撑支护体系大多应用于建筑深基坑支护工程,在海洋环境下作为船坞坞口围堰结构少有工程实例.针对某船坞坞口围堰应用钢板桩内支撑基坑支护结构进行优化设计,研究了海洋环境下内支撑体系的结构计算方法.目前内支撑体系结构设计时大多按规范采用静力学方法计算得出单个构件的内力,笔者运用SAP2000着重研究内支撑体系作为整体平面桁架的计算分析方法,考虑海洋环境及时空效应的影响,对模型设定不同的约束,并施加不同工况的外荷载,分析得出内支撑体系围檩及各个支撑构件的内力.通过对计算结果的对比分析,得到内支撑体系优化计算结果.
It is known that inner steel sheet piles supporting system is mostly used in deep foundation pit support. In the marine environment as a dock structure is rarely applied. This paper makes a study of the internal support system under marine environment and optimizes the design and calculation method by a dock engineering of steel sheet pile support structure. It also lays emphasis on using SAP2000 to research the support system as a whole plane truss calculation and analysis methods, considering the impact of the marine environment and the time-space effect, setting different constraints and different external loads on the model according to changing working conditions, each support member's internal forces obtained. Current support system design mostly gets the internal forces of individual components according to specifications using statics calculate method. The optimization result is found by comparing each result under different conditions.
