摘要
文章在介绍教学方法的基础上,分析拓展训练的环节、特点及作用,进行拓展训练方法在体育教学中运用的可行性和必然性的理论研究,为体育教学拓展训练教学法实施提供理论依据,为学校体育教学改革提供借鉴与参考。
Based on the introduction to the teaching methods, this paper analyzes the links, characteris- tics and functions of outward development, exploring the possibility and inevitability of outward development in the PE course. This paper is hoped to offer theoretical basis for the teaching method of outward develop- ment and reference for the reform of the PE teaching.
