摘要
选取常州工学院为研究对象,通过建立评价指标体系,选择核主成分分析(KPCA)评价决策函数,对该校各二级学院的综合实力进行了分析和评估。
With Changzhou Institute of Technology as the research object, an evaluation indicator sys- tem is established in this paper to analyze and evaluate the comprehensive strength of its affiliated schools based on the decision function of KPCA.
