摘要
针对凤凰山矿在回采过程中遇到褶皱构造的问题进行了研究,提出了"抬架炮采法",即"安全检查—吊架吊溜(垫板梁)—炮采—维护顶板—机组扫煤通过—拉架—推溜—清煤"如此循环作业的处理方法。实践证明这种方法安全可靠,具有较强的实践性,避免了工作面搬家和对煤炭资源的浪费,缩短了工期,降低了成本,对类似条件下的回采工作提供了参考和借鉴价值。
According to Fenghuangshan mine fold structure problems encountered in the recovery process study, "?lifting stent and blasting mining method" was recommended, which included: "security check →clearing hanger hanging slipped (plate girder) "→ blasting mining →maintenance roof →lycra crew swept coal→pushing slip →clearing coal processing, so the cycle operating measures. Practice proved that this method was safe, reliable and highly practical, avoiding the trouble of working face moving and the waste of coal resources, shortening construction period and reducing costs, and providing stopping reference under similar conditions.
