哌嗪合成工艺研究

摘要 采用浸渍法制备的ZSM-5催化剂作为哌嗪合成反应的催化剂,具有较好的活性和选择性,通过实验所确定的适宜的制备条件为:ZSM-5型分子筛常温下在2.5 mol/L的KCl溶液中,浸渍30 h后,在500℃下进行干燥。合成实验所确定的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度为340℃,反应空速为4.5(kg·h-1)/kg,醇胺比为1∶0.5。在此工艺条件下,乙醇胺转化率为48.86%,哌嗪收率为14.21%。 The catalyst of ZSM-5 molecular sieve which was made by dipping method, had a good activity and selectivity. Through the experiments,the obtained appropriate conditions of preparing the catalyst were that ZSM-5 molecular sieves in 2.5 mol/L KCl solution was dipped 30 h under normal temperature,then was dried at 500 ℃ .The suitable synthetic process conditions were that reaction temperature was 340 ℃, feeding speed was 4.5 ( kg· h^-1) / kg and the ratio of n(MEA) and n (NH3) was 1 : 0.5. In this process conditions,the conversion rate of ethanolamine was 48.86%,the yield of piperazine was 14.21%.
