摘要
以沧州东光县工业园区为例,分别采用A-P值法和水环境容量法,分析了区域大气和地表水环境对工业园区的承载能力。分析结果表明,大气环境对东光县工业园区有较好的承载力,而水环境已无承载力,因此东光县工业园区在产业结构上应发展耗水量小、不排或少排废水的项目,同时要加强污水治理,提高中水回用率,减轻废水污染物排放对环境的不利影响。
With Cangzhou Dongguang Industrial Park as a case, bearing capacity on atmospheric and water environment were analyzed with A-P method and water environment capacity method.The analysis results showed that in the industrial park, atmosphere carrying capacity was suit-load while the water carrying capacity was not suit-load. It was pointed out that the projects with no or less effluents and small water consumption should be developed in this industrial park, simultaneously it was essential to reduce the adverse environmental impact of wastewater pollutant emissions by vigorously developing the wastewater treatment,increasing the reclaimed water recycling rate and reducing the emission of waste water.
