煤炭企业养老金计发新办法的研究

摘要 养老金计发新办法改革,在基础金、账户金、中断、指数化月平均工资等方面做出较大改进,使养老金计发更为科学。运行中也逐渐显现一些问题,如晚退比早退养老金高;养老金性别差异不断加大;账户计算不够精准;以工资反映个人贡献,有失全面。基于以上情况,对早退及女性养老金应适当倾斜,精准账户计算,并理顺收入分配等一系列机制。 New approaches to reform pension is calculated on the basis of gold, gold accounts, interruption, the average monthly wage indexation has made great improvements to make pension is calculated more scientific. Operation is gradually revealed some problems, such as late leave early retirement pensions than high; gender differences in pension increasing; account but not accurate enough; wage reflect personal contribution beneath comprehensive. Based on the above situation, leave early, and female pensions should be appropriately tilted, accurate account calculations, and rationalize the distribution of income and a series of mechanisms.
