摘要
对Fe2O3含量为0%,1%和2%的聚乙烯样品进行了X射线衍射和热重分析,发现添加三氧化二铁会降低聚乙烯的结晶度和热稳定性。对堆肥试验后样品的红外光谱和核磁共振谱分析发现,Fe2O3能加速聚乙烯分子链上羰基和过氧基的形成。研究自由基捕捉剂的捕捉结果发现,添加Fe2O3的样品堆肥后,有醛、酮、羧酸类物质以及小分子烷烃类物质生成。
Three polyethylene films containing 0%,1%,2% Fe2O3 were characterized by X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric analyzer,it found that ferric oxide reduced polyethylene crystallinity and thermal stability.Some results of infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum have been found that the formation of carbonyl group and peroxide group on the polyethylene molecular chain was accelerated by the Fe2O3.The capture results of free radical catcher in the Fe2O3/LDPE samples showed that some small molecular as aldehydes and ketones or carboxylic acides and alkanes were found in the degradation process.
