还原氧化石墨烯/BiVO_4复合材料的制备及其光催化性能

摘要 采用微波原位生长法制备了还原氧化石墨烯/BiVO4复合光催化剂。以四环素为模型污染物,对该催化剂在可见光(λ>420 nm)下的催化活性进行了评价。结果表明,还原氧化石墨烯/BiVO4复合光催化剂在可见光照射下对四环素的降解效率达到了85.3%明显高于纯BiVO423%的降解效率。 Reduced graphene oxide(RGO)/BiVO4 composite photocatalysts were prepared by microwave-assisted in situ growth method.The photocatalytic activity of the prepared samples were evaluated by the degradation of tetracycline under(λ420 nm) visible light irradiation.The results showed the photocatalytic activity for degradation of tetracycline of RGO/BiVO4 reached 85.3% under visible light irradiation,significantly higher than the pure BiVO4 degradation efficiency(23%).
