摘要
丙烯酸甲酯与吗啉反应合成丙烯酰吗啉,在反应温度为85℃,吗啉与丙烯酸甲酯的摩尔比为3.5∶1,甲醇钠的加入量为丙烯酸甲酯物质量的0.3%,反应时间为3.5 h的条件下,丙烯酸甲酯的转化率可达99.9%以上,N-丙烯酰吗啉的纯度99.8%以上。
N-Acryloymorpholine is synthesized from methyl acrylate and morpholine by transesterification.The result show that the percent conversion of methyl acrylate is more than 99.9%,the purity of N-acryloymorpholine is more than 99.8% while the molar ratio of morpholine to methyl acrylate is 3.5∶ 1,the amount of sodium methoxide is 0.3%,the reaction time is 3.5 h,the temperature is 85 ℃.
