摘要
采用丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚为原料,合成出聚合物降滤失剂,评价了该聚合物的抗温性能和抗盐钙能力。结果表明,该聚合物的防膨性能较好,2.0%该聚合物溶液的防膨率达到了89.9%;在200℃中仍具有较好的抗温能力,在NaCl浓度为30%和CaCl2浓度为10%的盐水泥浆中,钻井液的滤失量分别为5.5 mL和6.2 mL,抗盐钙性能较好。
The polymer fluid loss additive was synthesized by acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propane sulfonic acid and allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.The temperature resistance and salt tolerance of this polymer has been investigated by a large amount of fundamental evaluation.The result showed that the polymer swelling performance is better,anti-swelling rate of the polymer solution in 2.0% to 89.9%.This kind of polymer shows a good temperature resistance(200 ℃),in the presence of a concentration of NaCl of 30% and CaCl2 of 10% for the salt water mud,the filtration of drilling fluid was 5.5 mL and 6.2 mL and it illustrated that this polymer have a good performance in the resistance of the salt and calcium.
