摘要 综述了超临界CO2萃取微藻中β-类胡萝卜素、叶绿素a、DHA、EPA、γ-亚麻酸、类胡萝卜素(主要是角黄素和虾青素)、生物活性油脂等生物活性物质的国内外研究进展。 Reviewed the microalgae CO2 extraction of β-carotenoid,chlorophyl a,DHA,EPA,γ-linolenic acid,carotenoid（canthaxanthin and astaxanthin） and bioactive oil and other bioactive substances at home and abroad for research progress.
