摘要
针对自动测试系统对程控交流电源的要求 ,提出了一种新的高精度程控交流稳压电源的设计方法及相关原理 ,涉及的主要技术已成功应用于军用自动测试系统中。
According to the requirement of the Programmable Alternating Current Power Supply in the ATE(Automatic Test Equipment), a new method and the relative theory in the design of the high precision Programmable Power Supply are presented in this paper. And the main technology has successfully been used in the military Automatic Test System.
