摘要
以碲渣水浸渣为原料,采用酸浸、控电位还原工艺回收碲。结果表明,在盐酸浓度2.5mol/L、反应时间4h、反应温度75℃、液固比5∶1的条件下,碲浸出率98.5%;控电位还原时,加入理论量的2倍左右的还原剂,滴加45min,保温45min,终点电位~290mV时,碲还原率为94.28%,所得还原渣中碲含量为70.25%。
Tellurium was recovered from water leached residue of tellurium slag with acid leaching and po- tential control reduction process. The results show that tellurium leaching rate is 98.5% under the acid leaching conditions including hydrochloric acid concentration of 2.5 tool/L, reaction time of 4 h, tempera- ture of 75℃, and ratio of liquid to solid of 5 = 1. The tellurium reduction rate is 94.28% and tellurium content in reduction slag is 70. 25 % under the potential control reduction conditions including reductant dosage of 2 times of theoretical amount, dropping time of 45 min, holding time of 45 rain, and end point e- lectric potential of -290 inV.
