Pt/C的制备及其对甲醇氧化的催化作用

Preparation of 20%Pt/C and Its Catalytic Function for Methanol Oxidation

摘要 以H2PtCl6为初始原料,采用水解法制备了H2Pt(OH)6,然后用化学沉淀法制备了20%Pt/C催化剂。对其结构和形貌特征采用TEM、XRD、XPS进行分析和表征,并采用循环伏安法和计时电流法评价了催化剂的电化学性能。结果表明,所制备的催化剂铂颗粒分散均匀,大小约2.1nm,表面无Cl-,具有良好的电化学性能。 Chemical deposition method was used to prepared 20% Pt/C catalyst with precursor of H2Pt(OH)6 prepared from H2PtC16 by hydrolysis method. The structure, morphology and electrochemis- try performance of 20%Pt/C catalyst were charaeterized by XRD, TEM, XPS, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The results show that uniformly dispersed with size of about 2.1 nm and no CI-on the surface of catalyst, the Pt particles has good electrochemical properties for methanol oxidation.
