摘要
通过CFD软件建立相应的数学模型,首次利用数值方法对隔膜加入钠电解槽内流场的分布情况进行模拟计算。结果表明,数值模拟计算得到了隔膜钠电解槽内的流场分布图,可以为先进制钠电解槽的优化改良提供理论依据。
A mathematical model was established with CFD software. The internal flow field distribution in diaphragm sodium electrolyzer was simulated by numerical simulation for the first time. The results show that simulated by numerical simulation, the flow field distribution in diaphragm sodium electrolyzer can provide the theoretical basis for optimization of advanced sodium electrolyzer.
