Reflections and Suggestions of the Central Enterprises into Hebei Province

加强与央企战略合作,是河北省加快转变经济发展方式的创新性举措。在"央企入冀"战略实施过程中,河北面临着与其他省争夺央企项目投资的激烈竞争,同时存在着省内企业参与的积极性和主动性不足等问题。为此,河北应转变工作机制,强化政府服务职能和企业主体作用,引导央企项目向河北鼓励发展的重点行业和重点区域集中,创新合作方式和渠道,在引资的同时实现引智和育才。

Strengthening the cooperation with the central enterprises is the innovative measure to speed up the transformation of economic development mode in Hebei province. In the process of central enterprises into Hebei province, Hebei faces serious competitions with other provinces and in the meantime the pro- vincial enterprises are not willing to let the central enterprises into Hebei province. In this condition, He- bei should shift work mechanism, strengthen the governmental services, guide the central enterprises into the areas of key development and so on.
