大学生兼职行为的普遍及兼职权益屡受严重侵害,使得大学生兼职权益保护迫在眉睫。目前,中国对大学生兼职权益保护的相关法律法规存在着很多问题,主要有立法缺位、法律适用模糊、不同部门法律法规之间衔接不顺畅、行政执法不到位等。因此,研究大学生兼职权益的法律保护成为一个具有重要现实性的问题。

It is common for college students to take part -time jobs and their rights and interests are not protected better. Now there exist many problems in laws and regulations about the protection of rights and interests of college students taking part - time jobs, such as without legislation, impracticable law, differ- ent authorities having different regulations, difficult administrative law enforcement and so on, so it is ur- gent to protect the rights and interests of college students taking part - time jobs.
