摘要
准确可靠地获得导叶开度对于水轮机调速器安全运行至关重要。针对官地水电站实际情况,对调速器导叶开度传感器容错技术原理和方法进行了探讨。计算了在给定可靠性下的最优并联传感器数,提出了导叶开度传感器的容错技术可采用三选二或三选中冗余容错策略。
Detecting guide vane opening accurately and reliably is critical to the safe operation of governor of water turbine. The fault-tolerance technology principles and methods of guide vane opening sensors are studied herein for the governors in Guandi Hydropower Station. The optimal number of sensors in parallel is calculated under given system reliability, and a 2/3 vote or median selection system for hardware redundancy are proposed.
