摘要
引入心理账户理论与及时激励的原则,并运用于业主对承包商进行界面支付工程款的激励管理中。从管理心理学的角度,立足于业主与承包商各自利益的最大化,通过构建激励模型探讨激励时间点及激励金的确定,以达到对承包商的最大激励效果,实现双方共赢的局面。
The mental account theory and the principle of timely incentive are introduced into the incentive management of interface payment to Contractors by Owner. This study bases on the maximum of the interests of Owner and Contracto~ respectively from the perspective of management psychology. The incentive model is established to research the determinations of incentive time and bonus for achieving the maximum of incentive effect and a win-win situation.
