水电枢纽工程专项验收实践与探索

Practice and Exploration on Special Acceptance of Water Control Structures of Hydropower Project

水电工程按设计文件全部建成后应进行验收,枢纽工程专项验收是水电工程竣工验收前必须进行的专项验收之一。结合水电水利规划设计总院受托组织开展的多项水电枢纽工程专项验收的工作情况,介绍了专项验收应具备的条件、技术准备的要求和验收的工作程序,并对完善枢纽工程专项验收相关工作、验收与工程运行管理的有序衔接等问题进行了初步探讨。

The hydropower project must be checked and accepted after construction completion based on design documents, and the special acceptance of water control structure of hydropower project is one of the special acceptances which must be performed before project completion acceptance. Combining the special acceptances of water control structures of hydropower projects undertaking by China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute, the conditions, technical requirements and working procedure of special acceptance are introduced, and some issues on improving the special acceptance and the linkage of acceptance and operation of projeet are discussed.
