摘要
Al-Si合金除铁的探讨,主要是采用以硼化物为主的高效除铁剂,减少Al-Si合金中较高的铁含量。通过稀土-碱土混合细化变质剂的作用,细化变质铁相,减少Al-Si合金中危害极大的针状、板条状存在的含铁金属间化合物相β-Al_5FeSi的质量分数,从而提高Al-Si合金的综合力学性能,满足铸造零部件对Al-Si合金的性能要求。
Study on Fe Removal Process in AI-Si Alloys is mainly using high-efficiency borides-based Fe removal agent to reduce the relatively high content of Fe in A1-Si alloys, and through the effect of mixed rare earths-alkaline earths refining modification agent to refine and modify the Fe phase, greatly reduce the Fe intermetallics β-A15FeSi percentage which exists in the A1-Si alloys in acicular and lath-shaped form with great harmful threat, so as to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of A1-Si alloy, and to meet the performance requirements on A1-Si alloy casting parts.
