摘要
针对广州钢铁控股有限公司炼钢总厂铁水硫含量高且波动频繁、给转炉冶炼操作带来困难的实际问题,研究了在转炉出钢过程采用渣洗脱硫工艺的可行性。试验结果表明,渣洗脱硫工艺脱硫效果明显,在冶炼终点硫较高的情况下脱硫效果更加显著。
This article points to practical problem of high and unstable content S in liquid iron, which caused troubles to converter operation, and studies the feasibilities of adopting the process of slag washing desulphurization. Test results have shown that the effect of slag washing desulphurization is obvious, es- pecially in the case of near-ending smelting when S content is high.
