摘要
针对新钢10号高炉(2 500 m^3)提高煤气利用率的操作实践进行分析。指出中大型高炉只要通过上下部合理调剂,操作参数选择适当,则可使煤气流分布合理、炉缸活跃,实现提高煤气利用率,降低生产成本的目标。
The paper analyzes the operation practice of improving Xinyusteel's No. 10 blast furnace (2 500 m3 ) coal gas utilization rate, and points out that the target of increasing coal gas utilization rateand reducing production cost can be achieved by taking such actions for large and middle-sized BF as ad- justing rationally upper and lower parts, choosing properly operation parameters, making reasonable gas flow distribution, activating hearth.
