摘要
针对宝钢4aRH经常出现的真空槽、浸渍管结渣问题,分别从生产操作及精炼渣的组成对RH结渣的形成进行了分析,结果表明:提高精炼渣的碱度、增大渣中CaO和A12O3含量比、降低渣中MgO含量,可以改善熔渣粘度和熔点,有利于减轻RH浸渍管的结渣;优化生产工艺和操作,采用RH真空度控制、控制提升气体流量有利于减轻RH真空槽的结渣。
According to the slagging of 4#RH vacuum vessel and submerged tube, this paper analyzes the mechanism of RH slagging on the operation and component of refining slag. By increasing the basicity of refining slag and ratio of CaO/A1203, decreasing MgO contents in slag , it may improve the viscosity and melting point to reduce the submerged tube slagging; By optimizing processing technology and opera- tion, using RH vacuum degree control and raised gas flow, it is beneficial to reduce the slagging of RH vacuum vessel.
