摘要
针对目前本钢燃气厂TRT设备定修没有准确依据的问题,通过读取计算机检测数据,建立关于发电功率的多元回归方程,准确计算出发电功率降低的程度,再通过建立效益公式,准确计算出最佳修定修时机。通过理论计算与检修实际比较,此方案可以作为较为合理的定修依据。
The paper aims at the problem of inaccurate basis for TRT periodical maintenance in Benx- isteel gas plant, and sets up a multiple regression equation for generation power by reading the computer test data, and then figures out the reduction degree of generation power. After that the best periodical maintenance timing is figured out by setting up a benefits formula. By comparing theoretical calculation and practical maintenance time, we can see that this scheme may serve as reasonable periodical mainte- nance basis.
