摘要
目的观察人增生性瘢痕组织和正常皮肤组织中TGF-β1及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的表达差异,探讨其意义。方法收集2012年2月至2013年2月南昌大学第一附属医院烧伤整形科住院患者10例,取其行手术切除的增生性瘢痕组织及其邻近的正常皮肤组织。采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测各组织中TGF-β1及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的表达。结果增生性瘢痕组织中TGF-β1及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原表达均显著高于正常皮肤组织。结论 TGF-β1及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原在人增生性瘢痕组织中呈高表达,提示其在增生性瘢痕的形成和演化过程中可能发挥着靶点的作用。
Objective To investigate difference in the expression of TGF-β1 and type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen between hypertrophic scar tissue and normal skin tissue and its significance. Methods Hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissues were surgically collected from 10 inpatients treated in the department of burns and plastic surgery of the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university between February 2012 and February 2013. The expression of TGF-β1 and type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TGF-131 and type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen in hypertrophic scars were significantly higher than that in normal skin tissue.Conclusion High expression of TGF-β1 and type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen in human hypertrophic scar tissue suggests that TGF-β1 and typeⅠ and Ⅲ collagen may act as targets in hypertrophic scar formation and evolution.
